King of the Castle apple and ginger vodka cocktail recipe

This is a combination of all of my favourite local drinks producers; of course you can swap them out with something similar.

Prep time: 5 minutes

One 

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Black Cow vodka
  • 15ml The King’s Ginger liqueur
  • 15ml Somerset Pomona liqueur
  • Ice cubes, for shaking, plus 1 large ice block, to serve
  • 75ml Castlewood English sparkling wine
  • Crystallised ginger, to garnish

METHOD

  1. Pour all of the ingredients, except the ice, sparkling wine and crystallised ginger, into a shaker. Add the ice cubes and shake for 7-10 seconds, then strain into a tumbler. Add the ice block, top with sparkling wine and garnish with crystallised ginger.
